Dot Matrix

For this dot-to-dot puzzle, connect the dots in the grid below to form ten separate chains. Each chain connects some number of dots between four and eight inclusive. Each dot is part of exactly one chain. Ignore the letters for this part. Within a chain, the numbers of the dots form an arithmetic sequence. For instance, dots numbered 20, 28, 36, 44, and 52 could make a chain. Chains can pass over dots without containing them, and chains may cross and overlap each other and themselves.

If you've done it correctly, the chains will form a sort of maze, so that there will be only one path from one side of the grid to another that doesn't cross over a chain. Follow this path, and the letters you pass will spell out the answer to this riddle: What does the lazy yet conscientious office worker do to avoid getting caught sleeping at his desk?
